Corporate Counseling

In contrast to our corporate and business law practice we also often act as retained external or general legal counsel. In this role we provide day-to-day corporate and business advice on a variety of legal and business issues.

In our capacity as general counsel we provide essential business and legal advice on matters impacting our clients' decision-making relative to their business goals and objectives. Our counsel also assists clients in terms of their business management as well as corporate governance, such as serving as counsel to the board of directors, attending shareholder meetings and the like. We also counsel and give advice on a range of other legal matters, such as the various negotiations involved in the course of any company's business pursuits, including the preparation, drafting and execution of contracts.
